A service plan is regular preventative pest control on a set schedule, instead of waiting until you have a problem. Your specialist comes out monthly or quarterly to treat the exterior, inspect for activity, refill bait stations where applicable, and stop pests before they get inside. Most plans cover the everyday pests like ants, roaches, spiders, and rodents under one flat fee, with extra service calls included if you need us between visits. Our plans add options like termite and mosquito protection depending on what your home needs.

Do I need a year-round pest control plan in Florida?+

You don't strictly need one, but Florida's climate makes a strong case for it. In colder states, winter slows pests down. Here, ants, roaches, rodents, and termites stay active all year because we don't get a real freeze. Year-round service keeps the pressure on so you're not constantly reacting to new infestations. Most of our customers tell us the peace of mind alone is worth it.

Is a plan cheaper than one-time treatments?+
